• Focus on leading system-wide change to achieve strategic objectives.
• Be exposed to a variety of tools and concepts offered in an environment of reflective dialogue.
• Leverage learning by sharing learnings in meaningful dialogues with colleagues who are recognized as successfully facing analogous challenges.
• In a supportive, non-competitive circumstances, leaders in the private and public sectors act as mentors to each other in their respective leadership callings.
